In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the gol33 website accessible at gol33.ws, including all associated pages, services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.
• "gol33", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the gol33 Platform and all entities acting on its behalf.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with gol33 and accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal online account opened by a Member on the Platform, through which the Member can deposit funds, place wagers, and request withdrawals.
• "Funds" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Member on a game, sporting event, or any other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by gol33 to Members subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by gol33 in accordance with its internal compliance policies.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to Members through their Account settings.

By registering an Account on the gol33 Platform, by logging in to an existing Account, or by otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance forms a legally binding agreement between you and gol33.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Use of the gol33 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the Platform:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. gol33 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced and verified through the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or under instruction from a third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by gol33 for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of gol33 or any of its affiliated entities.

To access the full features of the gol33 Platform, you must register a Member Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the gol33 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card, your date of birth, your mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time password (OTP) with any third party. gol33 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Notification of unauthorized access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you must notify gol33 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.
• Contact information updates: You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current. gol33 uses these contact details for OTP delivery, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.

gol33 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

gol33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its internal compliance framework. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal, and gol33 may request KYC documentation at any time during a Member's account lifetime.

The standard KYC documentation required is:

• A clear photograph or scan of the Member's Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), showing the full name, date of birth, and identification number.
• In certain cases, gol33 may request a selfie photograph of the Member holding their KTP, or additional supporting documentation such as a bank statement or e-wallet transaction record, to verify the ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

gol33 will review submitted KYC documentation within 1–24 hours of submission during normal operating periods. Members will be notified of approval or rejection via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until verification is completed. Persistent failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension.

gol33 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are not permitted and will be returned to source.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of the transaction. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
• gol33 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard interbank transfer fee, which is outside gol33's control.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's Account balance upon confirmed receipt by gol33's payment processing system. Standard processing time is under 2 minutes for e-wallet transfers and instant bank transfers; traditional bank transfers may take up to 5 minutes during peak periods.
• gol33 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposited payment originated from a source owned by the Account holder if there is any reason to suspect a third-party deposit.

Members may request a withdrawal of available funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless expressly confirmed otherwise by gol33's finance team following identity verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Member's Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Members are processed on a same-day basis during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully cleared before the portion of the balance attributable to the bonus can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits and winnings derived exclusively from real-money play (with no active bonus) are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
• gol33 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Standard bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by the receiving bank.

gol33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal that exceeds certain thresholds or that is flagged by the Platform's internal risk management system. Such checks will not ordinarily delay processing by more than one business day.

gol33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies which Members are eligible. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the Platform.
• One bonus per promotion: Members may claim each distinct promotion only once unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Using multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Member's Account balance.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single wager permitted is Rp 200.000 per round or bet unless the specific promotion terms state a different limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may, at gol33's discretion, result in the bonus being voided.

All games and betting markets available on the gol33 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game or market as published on the Platform. The following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets — including BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP, and Esports — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. Asian handicap (voor bola) and accumulator (mix parlay) markets are subject to specific settlement rules displayed on the respective market page.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round is completed and the result confirmed by the dealer. Technical disconnections that occur mid-round will be resolved in accordance with gol33's disconnection policy, available in the Help section.
• Slots: All slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software operated by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, PGSoft, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). Published RTP percentages are theoretical averages over a very large number of game rounds.
• Togel: Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are final. 2D, 3D, and 4D market payouts are applied immediately to the Member's Account balance upon draw completion.
• Esports: Esports markets — including Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Dota 2, and CS2 — are settled on the basis of the official match result as confirmed by the tournament organiser. Matches that are postponed, forfeited, or declared void by the organiser will be settled as void and stakes returned.

gol33 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed as a result of a pricing error, a data feed malfunction, or any other technical error on the Platform. Members will be notified of any such void and their stake will be returned to their Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gol33 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended, all associated funds frozen pending investigation, and may be permanently banned from the Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported to gol33 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting in coordination with other parties for guaranteed risk-free profit (where such activity constitutes abuse in gol33's sole assessment), or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gol33 support staff or other Members.

gol33 may suspend or permanently close a Member's Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• At the Member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• In compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where gol33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.

Where a Member Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to the completion of any required verification checks.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting gol33 support via live chat or WhatsApp. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

gol33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Members with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity. The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all Members through their Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Members may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time. Increases to an existing deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure in-session notifications at intervals of their choice to be reminded of the time they have spent on the Platform during a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choice (from 24 hours to 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the Member cannot log in to the Account, place bets, or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. A self-excluded Account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use any automated data extraction tools (scrapers, crawlers, spiders) on the Platform.
• Use gol33's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing material or online communication without gol33's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gol33 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from a Member's use of the Platform.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, telecommunications outages, or any cause beyond gol33's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss suffered as a result of unauthorized access to a Member's Account where that access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game results or odds data arising from a third-party data feed error, provided that gol33 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

Nothing in these Terms limits gol33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. gol33's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gol33's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, gol33 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, KYC documentation, device information, and transaction history for the purposes of operating your Account, processing payments, conducting KYC verification, providing customer support, and complying with applicable legal obligations. gol33 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

When material changes are made, gol33 will notify active Members via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Members' substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available on this page at gol33.ws/terms-conditions, and the effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 11.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which gol33 is incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits gol33's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Member agrees to first attempt resolution through gol33's customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
